Remember a successful Uber Smiter does not require expensive equipment. Coa is definitely not required. Most important things are a good CB% and lifetap. Lifetap from Drac's alone actually requires a *** or two sometimes before it procs. I personally had to switch to Guillaume's Face for more CB because I used Grief and not Last Wish, I was a PvP Smiter. XD
