Anyways, I can see why this tree is worth $1,000,000--it is a genetic marvel. Not to mention it produces like x2-x5 more coconuts than an average tree. Think about it--a farmer could grow x2-x5 more coconuts in the same acreage of land with this tree. I know the article said in 20 years they will try to have more of these tree, but for now this is the ONLY one in the world (known). Think of it as having the only golden retriever with purple fur in the world.
