The SURP {Social Republic of United Penguins} had never fought the M.R. {Monkey Republic}. The only war that the M.R. and the SURP were both involved in, the SURP were only technological developers, supplying both sides of the war {The Knob War, actually}, of which the M.R. was against the U.R.A. {The United Roosters of America}.
The U.R.A. actually fought the SURP about five centuries ago, which resulted in a draw. The M.R. was the outside party to help the two rationalize out a treaty.
