I just Figured most of it out today, and I dont see much wrong though I have seen a few high ranked people acting, well....Yeah, So is orta agree with what Hellsing said, though I dont think it should go on Number of posts, or days, becuase;

1. you could just spam.
2. how many days you have been a member doesnt matter, becuase you may leave not come back then like a year later come back and say, "Woah i'm a vet, awsome dude!"

I think it should be baseed on the content of your posts, and how respected you are, Like I've seen (but dont know much about them) But those Credits, and Rep. Point's or what-such, so mabey it could be based off those? But I don't know i've only joined this forum mabey a week ago.
