| Install AVG, Adaware, Spybot S&D, and any other virus scanners onto a flash drive, and run them from there on her computer. Do not put that flash drive into your computer after though, not until you know her computer is completely clean, and that the flash drive is too. This still may not get rid of it all, but it should some. If she can't get all of it, reformat and give her one of those Shoulda had a V8 hit to the head, and make sure she doesnt dl from stupid sites and uses a firewall + AV scanner. |
