| With a matri bow, you only need 45 ias if you have lvl 14 or 15 fanat to hit the top ias break point. So if I had bloodfist (10) a helm with a jewel (15) and a Cats Eye (20) that's plenty enough ias. Adding another 30 on a hat and another 10 on a belt wouldn't do me any good. If I'm wrong it's because the calculator on amazon basin is wrong, that's where I looked it up :P. I was planning on doing some of both pvp and pvm, probably mostly pvp though.
I like the idea of this build because I'm not tied to one set of gear, because the ias I need is pretty low. I can switch stuff around a lot. Throw on a gold wrap and change gloves, etc.
