Udie 2 is pretty easy to figure out,but the only reliable method is to learn some basic hex editing,stats and gold are super easy to change once you find the right offsets,but finding the right offsets is kinda tricky sometimes.

You will never know till you try.So its better to try and fail,then to not try at all.Btw I am American,I just live in Canada,lol.
