Don't eat red meat due to fat content. For protein stick to chicken and egg's. Those are the top two protien foods out there.
Since your rather skinny you want to consume as much protien daily as you can stand to take in wihtout making yourself sick. So long as you stick to your workouts you'll gain plenty of muscel mass.
Or you can spend lots of money on protein supplements and weight gainers and go that route. |
