Seems like you just got a bit more cut up and put on some weight. You can see the differance in cuts in you triceps and back, but as for bulking up looks like you're slowly getting there. What I used to do in high school, eat a lot of chicken and white rice. That will give you your weight, and in a healthy way and also give you a lot of the neccesary nutrition you need. I do a lot of benching, squats, curls, pushups, pull ups, ect. Starting to slack off, keeping a solo workout routine can be a pain in the ass.
