Not too interested in the above posts, don't even think about flaming me if I restate something.
But let's think about it this way, what's the tennis ball made out of? As far as I know it's just a 1/4 in (or so) thick sphere of rubber... with some kind of cloth like material covering it, that is dyed yellow/green. You want to make it white... well, I know that the rubber is white. Why not "shave" the tennis balls and either paint those white so they'd be completely smooth/white or just leave it as is, which would be similar to a grey-white. Quote:
