If you want 100 fcr which is a good standard for pvp windy, use a 3+ ele 10fcr ammy, 1 fcr ring with res/str/dex mod, I use bk on my other finger, arach, hoto, trang or magefist. If it comes down to windy vs windy, you're gonna get raped using shifter because you cann't block with it. Nado's are blockable and I dont think u'll even come close with a barb either. Ditch the Circlet and use pelt.
