| This is the idea i had: a red banner or notice or something besides the thread title, that way no one (me, this gets me annoyed and makes me feel like an idiot) can read through an entire thread, wish to post in it and find out the thread has been closed. what was i thinking of was for instance, if this thread would be closed, you put a notice in the thread section so no one will mistake it for an open thread.
ex
thread:close notice. *has been closed by...(you guys decide if you want this or not)*
