Yes, but it will only do it for sony products you DL, like music produced by sony etc.
And what? Intel's C2D line is cheap as hell right now, infact the E4400 is around $100 and with penryn, it will be even cheaper.

Wrong.

PSU is the most important part in a system. Without a proper psu, providing stable rails, and good amperage you will end up either killing your system, or it just won't work at all.
