| 2s Coa can be socketed with 2 Bers so not needing another source of dr. Or just to get higher dr. Also to bump up 30 Fhr. Also to put in an extra little on whatever your missing. If I don't have a Coa I would use shako. Probably Jah'ed, as that is my style with the windy druid.
I think eth only means more defense. Ebugged Exile which I had before has 1245 defense. I believe it only adds more defense, no damage bonus.
The shields Sacred Targe, Sacred Rondache, Kurast Shield, Zakarum Shield, Vortex shield all have the average damage of 46.5, however their difference comes in their chance to block and strength requirement. The best out of the shields is the Sacred Targe, with level requirement of 47, Strength requirement of 86, chance to block of 60.
