Requiremensts:

Installed DiabloII and upgraded to Lord of Destruction(with whatever CD keys), upgraded to version 1.11b (patch on
http://www.blizzard.com);
Copy the files d2xmusic.mpq, d2xvideo.mpq from your Expansion CD to installed DiabloII directory if you want to play without a backup copy of the game CD.
Install:
Unzip "mcdloaderdemo.zip" to your Diablo II directory ("Diablo II.exe" will be overwrite,recommend to backup the original "Diablo II.exe");
Run "MCDLoaderDemo.exe" choose options and start the game.
* For registered version overwrite the all suggested files and run MCDLoaderXXX.exe (where XXX is the version) Uninstall:
Restore the original "Diablo II.exe".
