| Either download it from the d2sector.net download section. Or, if you want to do it the legit way, Hold down shift, set hotkeys for cs and throw. Get on cs, and then switch to throw and back to cs and then click. This has to be done very quickly, though and you'll never get it every time. I'd suggest going with the hack.
