its kinda possible but you would get chewed up by other chars.
Stats:
Str:None or enough for CoA
Dex:Max Block with SS
Vit:Rest

Skill:
20 Dragon Talon
20 Mind Blast
1 Cloak of Shadows
1 Dragon Flight
1 Shadow Master
1 Burst of Speed (Or more if you want)
1 Fade (Or more if you want)
20 Blade Shield
Rest on traps or the above if you want but traps is a good choice since trap+mindblast+finishing touch is a okay combo for kicker

Gear:
Helm:CoA
Armor:Enigma
Weap:BeastZ
Shield:Stormshield (with +str/dex/resist jewel)
Switch:Call to Arms/Spirit
Belt:Verdungos
Amulet:+2 Sin FcR +mods (Str/Dex/Resist)
Ring:FcR Ring +mods (Str/Dex/Resists)
Ring:Ravenfrost
Gloves:Rare/Crafted +mods(IAS Str/Dex/Resist)
Boots:Eth Treks
Charms:1x Sin Torch 1x Annihilius and Rest in Martial Arts? if not then get poison small charms lifers
