I have been asked to define love recently.I will give my views and please feel free to add your own.

I was sitting with a group of people and when asked what love meant to them,there were the obvious *cookie cutter* answers about how they want to be/percieve love as being.Most all said "I want to be loved unconditionally."

When it became my turn I had a bit different aspect.
Asking for unconditional love just PUT a condition ON it. Love has many forms and degrees of depth.
I love people in different manners because they are different people.
My feelings for them are specific to them alone.


Let me just state this if I may...it is a myth that love is blind...true love is far from it.
You can TRULY love many people,friends,relatives.

True love is not being blind to their flaws or quirks,it is seeing them for who they are and loving them anyway.

I love some of their flaws and eccentricities.It makes them the unique individual they are.

Just something I wanted to throw out there as I was asked about it recently.
