Really, I've ran into some people who can't figure out how to use the hacks provided, let alone make their own. Why don't people try learning some shit for once.

Netter's EasyView used 1300x733 resolution, which was already in D2gfx. Making 1200x1024 would require some hard recoding and would take quite some time and a lot of trial and error. Even more time to fix the placement of the belt, inventory, ect.

However, getting 1300x733 would take a few hours, less if you know what you're looking for.

Don't ask me for step by step instructions on how to do this.
