| Vengeance doesn't add elemental damage into your attack, as far as I remember, it amplifies already existing elemental damage, therefore with a lot of stacked elemental damage off your gear, you could do decent damage.
The build is called an Avenger. Tried it a while ago, unfortunately,
it sucked. |
