| o, sorry but i was referring to New Metal like Lamb of God, Shadows Fall etc, yeah old metal still has kickass solos, but new metal just has average solos if ya get what i mean, i agree iron maiden is a great band, but to me thats classified under old rock to me, I like metal that has great backgrounds and heavy vocals, but not screaming, something i can halfway make out
