Hm... I have mixed feelings about your sorc.
1) Never seen a Blizzard sorc that uses CoH. All of the ones that I've seen use Enigma.
2) Most dueling strategies are very weak. I know that dueling with a Blizz is incredibly difficult, but your strategies are lacking.
3) No breakpoints mentioned anywhere.

Fix those things and I'll sticky it.
