In terms of the ammy, I'd probably try to switch it to something like a Maras, or a +3 lite/mf ammy (if you can get your hands on one of those) because if you don't go with the 3x/full Tal setup there are better ammy's out there to use then just the Tal ammy.

What shield are you using?

Also, you shouldn't really need to have that much in Energy, unless you desperately needed to put that many points into energy.
