Stats are very handy for wearing eq and achieving max block. Resists are nice vs. facets and stacked IAS is useful vs. Doom users. IAS is not mandatory though, with Grief PB.
I think 15 Str / 20 Dex are max on Rare gloves. and 30 Res is max on gloves. just a little helpful info
