Ok I believe the character development is the correct category for this.Ok here it goes.I have some questions about mf

1)What is the best difficulty to mf?
I have heard some guys telling that andy nightmare has good drops but most of the people mf in hell....

2)What is the mf level a player must have to find good uniques?
Is it like "As much as better" or does it have to be a preset number?I have heard that the perfect mf is close to 400%

3)What is the best character to mf?Hammerdin or sorces?
