I scan it with an online scanner such as VirusTotal (scans with a bunch of antiviruses), I then take it and decompile it to look at the code, I then take it over to my old "zombie" comp and test it with the internet off using tools to see what it does when it runs.
If you want a good antivirus for your comp, click the AVG Free link in my signature. If you want to scan a single file for a virus using a
bunch of different Antiviruses, then use
VirusTotal or

bad. Just a quick look at it and I know that it comes with IST Bar which is a ***** to get rid of and is total spyware, I am not even going to bother to check for viruses, just don't touch this program. It's bad to the bone = )
