| The bot checks your inventory prior to running and sees what spaces are open and taken; those already taken are 'remembered' and nothing is sold or inventoried from them (on very rare occasions I have had something sold mistakenly).
I don't have a H'din running, I use a CL sorce but I can't see her attack either. I know she is because I can see the effects; it is possible you just can't see the hammers in the smaller window but I will wait until someone who runs with a H'din can comment. Have you already run the bot and watched a few complete sequences? Sounds like you are all set to me.
I have my bot run until I have only 11 "squares" left in my inventory, that way I get the most out of each bot session. I also have multiple PKID files; one that is not picky (fills quick), one that is reasonalby picky (fills in about 12 hours) and an extremely picky one that takes a couple days to fill.
