| Yeah, im aware Hoto gots 5% more fcr, but wont really matter it will still hit the caps of 99% fcr. Reasoning behind sprit is to max my Fhr. As resist Wiz gloves and Wraiths boots alone will nearly caps all resist 75 not to mention other rsistances on gear so hoto not much of a difference in this build besides the one extra skill. I recently just got all the items, now im suiting my self up for a merc, should my merc be doom suited to slow down foes for a more effective landing on tornado splash, or should i go with the dream bug act 3 merc? O and Immortal if ur West non ladder, ill be more then happy to vs you when im completely finished fo'sho.

O yeah, i got a permed 08 valk "shealed" wondering if i should use that other then the circlet i posted, ty.
