I know what everything is supposed to do. The
only one I have not tested myself is the BattleNet IP one. A friend of mine told me it worked, and in the programs code the command does do
something. As to what - you will have to test it yourself. I may test it later today, it might just set the server IP that you connect to BattleNet on. Normally, it detects the fastest server
for you and uses that. I am not talking about creating games, just what server you connect to when you log in to BattleNet.
If you want me to remove that one, I will. I tried to leave out all of the ones that I find useless or too hard to explain. There are more then 100+ possible target effects I know of, most do nothing of importance or are too hard to explain and could only be exploited and used properly with third party programs that depend on that effect.
