Personally I use

For RGX Mod
-direct
-txt

For Cool Effects
-skiptobnet
-w
-res800
-sleepy
-altcolor

Last two require D2Loader ^

For use of some hacks that find the title of Diablo II, mine is changed by D2Loader

-title "Diablo II"
