The ironic thing is that 290's have been mass duped so many times it isn't even funny anymore.
I know for a fact that this is the work of people that are duping them and using the inflated vaule to make money on ebay. They are goig sometimes for more than runes. I don't buy from ebay myself but check every once in a while to watch what is happening. 290's right now in channels = 1-1 for runes and in some cases more :
that is just ridiculous...
