Can you just join to discuss stuff or do you have to be part of the clan if you register?

Another question i have is if you do join and make it, w.e. would you need to remake you char just to have the clan tag?

1 last question >< Clan Hell Reaper are part of Guild War, WC3, D2... any other games like starcraft, maple story, etc.?
