ok well we just got cox

at our house finally and need to get rid of aol. i've heard its hell on earth to try an cancel and that they always to keep you for life. I am currently trying to cancel my aol through the phone. i did know where to put this so i put it here. have you guys ever been cursed with using aol and how,if, have you canceled this god awful joke for an internet provider.
