There is a bug in Hero Editor if you ONLY make a brand new V1.10 character. This is because that when Hero Editor first starts up, it initializes for a V1.09D character.

So, if you want to create a new V1.10 character, you have 3 options:

1) First open up any other V1.10 character, then create the new V1.10 character.

2) Create the new V1.10 character, save it, and immediately reload it and then save it again.

3) Make the character in a V1.10 game, save/exit, and then open it in Hero Editor.
