Hi, I just started playing Diablo yesterday with one year of absence. I'm planning to make a freezing arrow zon but not sure if its still good enough. Plz help
Heres are my stats that I'm planning to do
STR: just enough for equipment
DEX: about 200?
VIT: rest
MANA: none
Skills: Freezing 20 , Ice 20 , Cold 20 , not sure how much much pts to passives (critical, penetrate, pierce, dodge, avoid, evade)
Equipment: Ice bow , Nightwing's veil, other not sure yet
PS: is demon crossbow faster than great/blade bow?? Any help will be welcome!!!
