I doubt it'll be a huge problem though. ~10 mana per swing isn't terrible. Vengeance damage is based on weapon damage. High weapon damage = high physical damage = more leeching = a few %ML in PvM is enough. In PvP though, one of you will obviously die before you run out of mana lol.
