im like lvl 83 er sumwut and i have maxed Fanat, zeal, holysheild, few in charge and smite and almost maxed sacrifice. my str is sumhwere around 230 (with zak sheild and sandstorm trecks equipped) and dex is little less than 225. not quite enuf vitality (but way over 90) and hardly ne energy. he is fairly decent, i can solo all of hell with not much difficulty so i go with this setup... (just dont put too much into smite, its pretty much a waste) i use charge just like tele and it works fine, im almost as fast as most of the sorcs.
