| PvP - GA with only 2-3 points in MA/Strafe. aim to have 60 % dodge/Avoid/Evade with plus to skills. Pierce is useless. MAximize penetrate, get approximately 60% critical strike w/ +to all skills.
For Dodge / Avoid / Evade try to get 29/13/29. This is exactly 60% Dodge/Avoid/Evade. Any lower and, POOF. Critical Strike has to be at 13. Penetrate is as high as it can go.
PvM - Pick either strafe or MA to max. I chose strafe its better. You'll want to aim for 50% dodge/avoid/evade, much more attainable. The numbers are now-
12/7/12 D/A/E, much lower, the same 13 in critical strike, and 8 in penetrate (if you use Razortail, none if you don't want pierce). Once again, put as amny as possible into Penetrate (AFTER build is complete to core build standards).
