Why not use WWS? The chance to cast Amplify damage fires so often its not funny. I would like to add that in 1.10 it doesm't amplify incoming damage, but actually lowers the enemie's physical resistance, making an enemie's nasty physical resistance modification go *poof*. This is how my zealot fights phys immunes, "13% ctc lvl 7 Amplify Damage on Striking" from his "Doom Grip" crafted ring.
EDIT: The only time this doesn't work is when a monster with 100% physical resistance as a base value spawns with Immune to Physical. This only happens against Hell Ghost type units, and even then its EXTREMELY rare. My level 72 pally has only seen this happpen one time in his entire time in hell (which hasn't been terribly long so far) and it was a ghost that spawned in the WSK level 3.
