| No, because Enhanced Damage on armor pieces only add to your base damage, not your weapon damage. So it's useless for Zealots, but it works on Smiters, hence why they can achieve 12K damage, while a Zealot fitted with similiar stuff would probably be lucky to achieve even half that much.
Any Zealot could pvm easily, but pvp becomes complicated because there's so much you can do, especially againest other Zealers and Hybrids. Hell I fought a Zealer/Charger that used Pompeii's Wrath, Pompeii's slows you down by 50% and causes knock back. So he hits me once with zeal, then the dude quickly switchs to a Two-Hand Poleaxe weapon (I think an Eth BoneHew) and charges me, killing me in just a few blows O_O
Course I got him back in round 2 :P
But yeah, when it comes to pvp, especially againest other Zealers, it's not always how much damage, ar or life you have, but the ideas you have. Unless your fighting a Smiter, then your just dead meat, because I've YET to see a generic Zealot/Fana build beat a Smiter down.
This is one of the reasons why I am building a Conviction based Zealot, besides ED on armor pieces greatly effecting their damage, Smiters have one other major strong point - they ALWAYS hit. So, let's see how they like the taste of -95% Defense and negative resistances while I bash them with the elements! Course, I havent fought any smiters yet, so it's up in the air, but I think it could be done. |
