head: COA (soc according to what you need)
armor: Archon Fort
weapon: Ebotd
shield: HOZ
gloves: rends (dracs if your poor but a good pair of rends will work better)
belt: dungo
boots: gores or treks (more of a personal thing I think but some argue one is better than the other)
ring 1: angel/frost
ring 2: angel/frost
ammy: angel/mara's (Mara's probably isnt a popular choice among most but it worked for me...but mine was perf)

BTW my 83 zealer could hell baal pretty damn good. This setup is a little more versitale than strick pvp or pvm. It can do pretty good in both.
