this is an over all good build because concentrate gives you attack rate,def rate and dmg bonus. max bash and battle orders because they add ed% to concentrate. iorn skin will help ur def alot and you will not get hit as much. natural resistance you need badly in hell b/c of the - resis. |
i dont completely agree with this build mostly because concentrate barbs are usually defensive. Most offensive barbs go with WW because it hits soo many times. I would say max out shout because it adds a crazy amount to defense, my barb has 25k defense with concentrate, non max shout, non max BO either, he's lvl 75
