| An Enchantress would need the Dext - but no other build should. I have never needed to steal mana for any reason, + Mana after each kill is the way to go... or potions. Either way, 50 in Dext isn't gonna help you hit anything past normal - so it wouldn't make sense to put anything there.
What would you steal with some silly little orb, anyways? Like 10 mana at best! Possibly more if you strapped yourself with Manalds... maybe steal enough for another spell... but that's if you're lucky. |
